for anyone who is playing Village solo I will give you Jackson's Pearls of scripted wisdom:

0-95 Combo area
- Majini from Gate area at the top are safe, but couple are Kipepos
- Majini from behind the 60 sec Hut are safe
- Majini from the wall in-between the 60 sec house and 60 sec hut are scripted, left-handers of course but head grab all, archers are random so have caution.
- Majini in-between 60 sec house and chicken are are safe
- Majini from the Bridge left-handed are most likely scripted so head-grab, right-handers do your normal melee but take caution
- Majini from the side path head grab all expect archers, they are random so have caution, head grab all i have had right-handers who are scripted.
- Majini from 1st Giant Majini spawn point, head grab left-handers
- Majini that drop down from zip-line are kipepos or random so have caution.
- Shields are safe of course

95-150 Combo area
- All majini from the hut that drop down are completely safe.
- Majini that come from cave @ top head grab, with the exception of shields and archers, some archers are kipepos and a normal is one too but can't tell of course.
- Majini that come from 30 sec spawn point, head-grab left-handers and right-handers are usually safe but have caution.
- Majini that come from double doors just head grab.

Hope this helps people in Village, in general!  Smile

Also, if you shoot the duvalia before it jumps off the high cliff on ar top spawn it just gets a crit. that's a really old trick though.

The axe majini on bottom side MA that is neither critical or safe CAN be a random ceph. just saw it in a 2 yr old vid.

Just had a dynamite random cephalo on solo Mines, the first dynamite guy i ran into. was on PS3 and just shot it once in the head and the dynamite spawned lol. im pretty sure he came from the lower caves too and not from behind the fence. maybe he was a dynamite from the lower 60 sec timer small cave. who knows.

Are those molotv majini on bottom side MA always 100% safe? I mean the ones that come from where the 1st boss spawns or climb up the ladder from the 1st floor.

The first molotov guys you encounter will have a high chance to be a ceph. the others that follow after that  are 90-100% safe

[ship deck] green bottle random ceph proof

Also, some of the back alley green bottle right handed guys at the end are random cephs, early they seem to be 100% safe.

Yes yes, so true! They come from behind the market stalls near the back alley, this is what the spawn from there looks like:

Male:

RB,RB,RB,RB,RB | RB*,RP,RC,RP,RP* (10)

After 5 RB males have spawned from here then you will get a random RB and RP (indicated by the asterisk). The enemies after the dividing line can't spawn until the enemies from before the line have, so you won't get those randoms until later in the game.

Does anyone know if the exploding base majinis are scripted or random? I've never seen it discussed before, and I don't play the stage much so wouldn't have a clue. It wouldn't make much difference  to people I guess (unless theres one in a crowd and you saved him till last).....but I've always been curious

Brawny, I've played more reunion than mercs, and I've seen enough things to take in mind, like:
A few plays with no exploding enemies 'til 100 combo.
A few plays with exploding enemies at start.
One play with no exploding enemy (lol)
Dying status 'cause stun rod used against an exploding enemy.
After this I think that exploding enemies are random, but I'm not sure, it's just what I think, I've lost enough times to see these things but I'm not sure.
On murx idk 'cause I haven't played there for 3 weeks.

There is a right handed knife female majini in back alley that spawns near the 60 second timer in the corner fairly quickly into the round. She is 100% safe. I've been really testing trying to kill her in ways to spawn a ceph and it never happens. Pretty sure she can also climb over the front side of the fence in the way that most of the majinis there spawn.
